Group Photos of Grandview Baptist Youth Group

Grandview Baptist Church's Re-Wired Youth Group

This group in the top photo worked at the camp ministry site  from Monday -Wednesday (June 25-27).  Pictured with them is our son, Mike Braswell.  He was one of the 3 adult leaders who worked with them all week. They accomplished a lot of work as you can see in the pictures in previous post this week.  We pray for God's blessing upon the group for their time given and the work they were able to complete.

Below is the entire group along with their Youth Minister, Allen Singley.  The entire group came on Tuesday to help lay the sod.  They were a tremendous blessing.  Our granddaughter, Ashleigh (in the red T-shirt) was a part of the group.  Again we appreciate all their work.

GOD IS GOOD!!

God IS GOOD!!!!!!!!!

This pictured was taken on Feb. 18, 2012 right after the house was moved onto the property in Cottonwood to be used as the office building.

This picture was taken on Tuesday evening, June 26, 2012 after the Grandview youth finished working for the day.

In just 4 months there has been a miraculous transformation, which can only be the hand and blessings of God.  We give him the praise and glory for the work that has been accomplished through His servants.  Many volunteers from several churches have worked over the last 4 months to make this happen.

This transformation is an example of  what can happen in our lives when we allow God to come in and take control of our life and work His miracles.  God can take our cold, stony heart and make something beautiful out of it.

Day 2 of Re-Wired: June 26, 2012

The Re-Wired Group from Grandview Baptist worked at the camp site on Tuesday also.  They had some additional help from other Grandview youth and their youth minister, Allen Singley.  They focussed on laying the sod, finishing the handicap ramp and railings, porch railings and the siding in front.  Below you will see pictures of them working hard but having fun as they worked.  Thank you Grandview Youth and Adult Leaders for your hard work.  We appreciate it very much.  God bless your group and your efforts.

And what would the workers do without the cooks?  Amy & Janet prepared spaghetti for them.
