After completing 10 years of foreign missionary service in Arad, Romania under Global Outreach International, Buddy and I have returned home to Dothan, Alabama. We have begun a new ministry in this area. We started a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, "Braswell Christian Ministries". Under this organization we will build a Christian Camp in Cottonwood, AL.
We are in the first phases of the project. We have moved a house onto the property and have begun renovations on it to be used as the office building. The pictures below are the house being moved. This was an interesting experience. The pavilion, which is part of phase 2, has been started and will hopefully be completed in the next few months.

We will have our groundbreaking service in August. September 14-15, 2012 we will host our first event. It will be a "Boy's Camping Retreat", inviting 150 boys for overnight camping with competition activities on Saturday. We are excited about this event and looking forward to see how God will use this for His Glory!
